Ordering, Shipping & Payment Policy
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
For regular instruments, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1 piece. For customized or special instruments, the MOQ will be determined based on production costs and manufacturing requirements.
Product Warranty
All instruments manufactured by Crystal Surgical are covered by a 1-year warranty against rust, corrosion, pitting, and any manufacturing defects.
Shipping Time
- Products that are in stock are shipped within 4–5 working days.
- Products that are not in stock generally require 20–25 working days for production and dispatch, depending on the order quantity and manufacturing process.
- Shipping times are often reduced for repeat customers, as Crystal Surgical maintains inventory based on customers' regular purchasing requirements whenever possible.
Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes less than 10 days, depending on the destination country and delivery zone. We primarily ship through DHL Express, which normally delivers within 6 working days.
International Customs Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs charges, taxes, and other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. Crystal Surgical is not responsible for these charges or for any delays caused by customs clearance.
Handling Fee
A handling fee of US$8.00 will be charged for orders with a total value of less than US$200.
Payment Terms
Full payment for all orders must be made in advance before production or shipment.
