Delivery Policy

DELIVERY TIMESCALE

Orders received through the Crystal Surgical website are processed and dispatched within **4 working days** if the items are available in stock.

If the ordered instruments are not in stock, they will undergo the production process. Production typically takes **1–4 weeks**, depending on the instrument type and order quantity.

LOST PACKAGE

Although it is very rare, packages can occasionally be lost while in transit. Please allow **up to 10 days** from the dispatch date for your parcel to arrive.

If your package has not arrived after this period, please contact your nearest courier office using the tracking number provided.

If the courier is unable to locate your shipment, please contact our **Customer Service Team**. We will be happy to assist you and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement shipment.

Please note that if you do not report a missing package within **3 weeks** of the dispatch date, we may be unable to file an insurance claim. In such cases, Crystal Surgical will not be able to compensate for the loss.
